Upgrade Your Facebook Business Page Workshop

Posted on 12 November 2008 by Robert Vignoli

Upgrading your Facebook Business Page has now been made easier, thanks to Hazel Grace of Socialbees.

Our business Roman Paradigm Massage, is truly thankful to Hazel Grace of Socialbees for her expertise on upgrading and utilizing Facebook for business. We are a small but growing massage business in San Jose and have grown this business by embracing internet technology and social media.

Marketing 101

If location, location, and location often is a determining factor for success, I can only say that this applies not only to your physical location but also where you are on the internet. You want to position your business where your customers are and with over 120 million users using Facebook, chances are your current and potential customers are part of that 120 million. By the way, this number surpasses Myspace.

But in order to be successful on Facebook or any other social media community, you have to understand their platform to get the best returns from your efforts. In most cases businesses who jump into social media do not understand social media and do not get any results from it. Often in many cases they hurt their businesses more than they help it. And there are many reasons why this could happen to you. So in order to avoid these mistakes and to get the best results from your social marketing efforts, you need to attend this workshop being offered by Hazel Grace and her company. By implementing the valuable information that Hazel Grace has shown us, we have upgraded our page and you can see it here…Roman Paradigm Massage Facebook.

Hazel Grace owner of Socialbees

“The Socialbees business model allows me to share my social internet knowledge with small businesses (my passion!) who may normally not be able to afford consulting. I’ve broken my services down into a cost effective a la carte menu that allows you to manage part of your social marketing project in house and we’ve created group workshops to keep training costs low.”

“The Socialbees mission is to make it possible for all small businesses to have the high quality social media presence previously reserved for big budgets.  Between now and next spring Socialbees will be focused solely on Facebook services. After carefully assessing all the major networks, we chose Facebook as our starter platform because they offer the best tools for the widest range of small businesses.”

No Fluff Spa Massage Giveaway at RPM Therapy

Posted on 21 July 2008 by Robert Vignoli

Has all the news in the media got you stressed out? Do you need a massage that will get right in there and work out those tight muscles. Do you have knots the size of golf balls? Would you like a therapeutic massage that hurts so good?

Well if you do RPM Therapy in San Jose has announced their “No Fluff Spa Massage Here” giveaway. Our massage therapy clinic near Santana Row specializes in deep muscle therapy. You will not get the “fluff” spa massage here at our massage facility.

Primary or Secondary tightness

Just because you complain of a tight or painful muscle in your mid-back in between the shoulders blades does not mean necessarily that you want your massage therapist to immediately work that area. Some muscles are often tight or in spasm and experiencing pain due to being overworked. Your mid-back muscles are often being overworked by its antagonists muscle (its opposite) constantly pulling on the muscles that you feel pain in. In this example your chest and shoulder muscle tightness may be causing your pain and discomfort. And a Spa massage therapist might make this problem worse by working on your mid-back first (secondary problem). When in fact releasing your tight chest and shoulder muscles (primary problem) will give you better results.

Releasing your primary tightness chest and shoulders first will allow the muscles in the mid-back (secondary tightness) to relax. Stretching and releasing your back muscles first will only bring about a temporary fix to your pain. And it may even further allow your tight chest muscles to become even tighter. If you go to your local spa for your massage you may just get your typical “fluff spa massage” with lots of oils being used and everyone walking around in pretty terry robes.
